Conflict management and Mediation
Conflicts and crises are part of our everyday lives. The question is how we deal with them. True to the findings of Friedrich Glasl (2022), people who are capable of conflict contribute to ensuring that the organizations in which they work offer good opportunities for dealing constructively with differences, tensions and conflicts.
As a mediator, manager and former member of the Roche Corporate Crisis Team, I accompany and support organizations, managers and employees competently and trustingly on the way to a viable solution.
My intervention takes place individually, in pairs or in groups as required.
