My many years of experience as a Global Head, National Managing Director and Board Member combined with my independent, fresh outside perspective, helps you and your organization to continually identify opportunities and potential and make optimal use of them. Agisuisse consult is not a classic management consultancy that simply prescribes a recipe, but rather accompanies and supports you in developing agile and sustainable solutions yourself.

Example of a process (process architecture)

1. Order clarification meeting/ agreement

Within the framework of the architecture, the consultant constructs the overall conception of the consulting process (content, participants, time frame, locations and symbolic dimension) together with representatives of the client system. In doing so, both parties get to know each other and the consultant gets clarity about the expectations, needs and objectives of the client. The joint agreement is the beginning of a trusting and reliable cooperation between the consultant and client system. The agreed activities and their specific design are coordinated accordingly between the consultant and the client.

2. Collecting detailed information

Depending on the size and complexity of the organization, the organizational consultant conducts individual and group interviews with the specified key people over 1-3 days to obtain information, as agreed with the client. These can also be supplemented with targeted round table discussions and workshops as required. It has been shown that during the planned time on site, a short guided tour of the organization could always sharpen the overall view of the organizational consultant in the overall context. The interview participants are guaranteed anonymity of the data obtained.

3. Information processing and hypotheses building (organizational diagnosis)

Depending on the scope of the data obtained, these are promptly analysed, sorted and validated by the organiizational consultant. Hypotheses for the organization are formed. The findings and hypotheses are built into a Power Point presentation for feedback to the client.

4. Feedback to the client, reflection, discussion

The feedback on the knowledge and hypotheses gained, takes place as part of a half-day round table discussion with the client, either separately or together with a selected management committee. This organizational diagnosis is reflected and discussed together. The next steps will be determined together.

5. Next steps with project adaptation or project completion

A decision is made as to whether the counseling will take place as part of a newly launched project with a new agreement (coaching, counseling individually or in groups, team development, conflict and crisis management). At the end of the project, the consultation, goal achievement and client satisfaction are jointly reflected and discussed.
